These terms govern use of our courses and website. By using the service, you accept them.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials.

Payments & refunds

Payments are in CAD. Refunds within 14 days if less than 20% of content is accessed.

Content

Materials are for your personal learning; redistribution is prohibited.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass access controls.
• No uploading of malicious code or content that violates third-party rights.
• Do not share your account or resell access without written permission.

Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with Canadian privacy principles and applicable provincial law. Where required, we will obtain consent and allow you to access or correct your information.

Service availability

We strive for continuous availability but may interrupt the service for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by network or platform providers.

Intellectual property

All course materials, trademarks, and the platform technology are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Canadian and international laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these terms.

Third-party tools and links

Third-party tools or integrations may be provided “as is.” Your use of them is subject to the third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the greater of CAD $200 or the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription. Certain clauses survive termination, including those regarding IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and jurisdiction.

Changes to the service and terms

We may modify the service or these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and the parties irrevocably submit to their jurisdiction and venue.

Consumer rights

These terms apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision is unenforceable for a consumer under provincial law, the remainder remains in effect.

Electronic communications

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic notices have the same legal effect as physical documents.

Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Entire agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
